By accessing or using the Fridgym application and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fridgym ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
Fridgym is an AI-powered mobile application that analyses photos of your refrigerator contents and generates personalised post-workout meal recommendations. The Service uses third-party AI models (OpenAI GPT-4o), nutrition databases (USDA FoodData Central), and cloud infrastructure (Supabase) to deliver its features.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Fridgym. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Fridgym is not a medical service. The meal recommendations, macro calculations, and nutritional information provided by the Service are for general informational and wellness purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have or suspect you have a medical condition, food allergy, or specific nutritional requirements.
Macro and calorie values are estimates based on AI analysis and USDA database data. Actual nutritional content may vary based on ingredient brands, preparation methods, and portion sizes.
The Fridgym name, logo, application design, and all content created by us are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you upload (such as fridge photos). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and analyse that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including OpenAI, Supabase, and the USDA FoodData Central API. Your use of these integrations is subject to those providers' respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
Fridgym may offer paid subscription plans in addition to any free tier. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and cancellation policies will be clearly communicated at the point of purchase. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment card information.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. For Apple App Store purchases, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fridgym and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice before material changes take effect, via email or prominent in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
